Seniors gain wide acclaim Many Skyline seniors were chosen as outstanding in their fields. Among these students some were able to continue on in competition for higher awards. There were also awards such as the Bank of America Scholarship that were broken down into four general areas: Science and Math, Liberal Arts, Fine Arts, and Vocational Arts. The finalists selected went through interviews and group discussions before a panel of judges at the Hyatt House. Two students were chosen for the Girls' State Award. One girl as the delegate while the other was chosen as an alternate. Skyline's Girl and Boy of the Year were also chosen to represent the school. Other awards given were Hertz Foundation Award, Gemco Award, and the Betty Crocker Scholarship. 'IOO The after hours scene
