Dutstanding newswriters gain international awards i .5 i I For the tenth year in a row, Skyline has been a member of the Quill and Scroll Society. To become a member of this international honor society for high school journalists, a person has to have -over one hundred and fifty printed inches in the school newspaper. This year eleven Skyline students were honored with the Quill and Scrolls International membership. iJournalism ll students double check their copy for the Oracle before it is sent to the printers. Period 2 students include Kevin Myers. Pat McCarthy lclerkl, Cindy Williams, Larry Pencovic, Frank Carrara,Amie Manown, Eeva Lonnblad, Doreen Jones, Joan Steele, Julie Catron, Ken McKee, Val Velez. Jane Barrick, and Rhonda Akin. Each year there are two special editions, one at Christmas and one at Graduation-senior edition.
