Teletype aids math students Much enthusiasm was shown for a new class in the math department which was intended for students not wishing to continue with traditional math, but who planned to go to college. Advanced math I, section ll was conducted as a seminar that fulfilled college requirements. The department, headed by Mr. Donald Cherrington, also added a teletype to the computer room. Folk music sparks play Organizing the music programs for the year, Mr. Richard Adams also directed the music for the November Fall Music Night, Holiday Concert, the annual Winter Band Concert, and the spring play Fiddler on the Roof . Along with producing and conducting, he also taught his band and orchestra classes. and his fifth period humanities class. In addition to helping with the music, Mrs. Joanne McKray sponsored the girls' glee club, choir, and small ensemble.
