CLASS WILL We, the senior class of the Skidmore High School, be- ing of sound minds--we hope--and realizing that we are in sight of that final milestone of our high schoolff life, do hereby make and publish this, our last freexs will and teftament, in orqer that we may justly andNx with due gratitude distribute our interests in the aforesaid institution to those succeeding us. SECTION I To the school board of the Skidmore School District, we leave our thanks and appreciation for the interest they have shown in our educ tion by furnihsing us with competent instructors and plenty of fine equipment. We also leave an expression of our appreciation, for the hot lunches, the new radio, and the ping-pong tables which they so kindly gave us our last year of school, To our Superintendent, Mr, Haun, we leave our sincere appreciation for the helping hand which he has lent us so often during the last three years. We leave him our best wishes for the future ielfare of the school. To all of the faculty,we leave thanks for the inspir- ation they have given us, and we extend to them a copy- right on our success, which they may use in the future to demonstrate their abilities as teachers. We also leave them a box of aspirin tablets, To Cy, our janitor, we le ve all the paper wads and old morn out books for hhn to do with as he sees fit. smcwiozr II i To the junior class, we iequeath our most important possession--our dignity and our ability to do a great old school like this justice as a senior class. We also leave them room enough on the desk tops for their flf'11'll6 S 9 To the sophomore class, we leave all of our excess knowledge and hope that they can make some use of it, To the freshman class, we leave three' mnre years of constant studying. And, realizing that we are the sec- ret envy of every freshman, we bequeath to each member of the class permission to use us as a living model. Franklin Colwell, being treasurer of the claes,leaves b his job to anyone who wants it. KET Katherine Cottrell leaves all of her left-over jokes xx in Qglee club to Eleanor Jean Reese. X Barbara Dearmont leaves her quiet disposition to Bon- nie Shields. Irene Dolph decides she always wants to be the same sweet person, so she won't five anything away. Guila Fletchall leaves her punctuality to her sister, Nellie, so it will be kept in the family. Paul Fletchall leaves a lock of his hair in one of the large dictionaries for Anna Lee Logan. Helen Godsey leaves her crown to the tournament queen of next year. Lawrence Hilbert leaves his nickname, UHandsomeW to nTobyn Aldridge. Wilbur Hilbert leaves his timid disposition to John- nie Barrett. Wilma Linville leaves her button she always wears to the school's best detective, as only Genevieve Garrison has ever found out the secret of its significance. Charles Lowrance leaves his place on the basketball team to Ralph Peter. Beverly Masters leaves her host of boy friends to,Mr, Snirl, so he an develop a basketball team next year. Betty McDowell leaves all of her old absentee slips to Homer Lowrance, Jeanne McGinnis leaves hex Drum Majorette costume and baton to any five feet sevtn and a half aspirant, Anna Pelle Horton leaves her latest heart throb to Geraldine Yergcr. William Morton leaves his General Business book to some unlucky sophomore. Letha Purphy leaves all of her old worn out zippers to anyone who hasn't any, Paul O'Riley leaves his seat on the bus to anyone who thinks he can keep it any better than he has kept it. Charles Parman leaves his ability to give orders to the bus driver to Joe Renfro. A p Dorothy Patterson leaves hor maiden name in the waste basket, Dorothy Jean Peter wills her queenly quietness to the eighth grade girls. Jane kandall leaves her dancing ability to ULeftyn Hart, Dorthy Veateh leaves hor soft voice and quiet dis- position to Ruth Lowrance. Kathryn Wright and Genenieve Garrison leave their places on the Wildcat Staff to Vivian Wilson and Mary Ann McClurg. Geneva Yeager leaves her ability to make friends with the Pickering basketball boys to her little sister,
