91 THESP1ANS The Thespian Club was organized in 1949 and the past two years it has been a club with a national charter. The aim of the organization is to present each season one three act play or two one-act plays. The purpose is to teach the art of dramatics to its members. This year the troupe presented a one-act play, If The Shoe Pinchesu, at Ravenswood for the Thespian festival. Each of the new members gave a reading to the student body in chapel on Febru- ary 22. To obtain money to pay the royalty on the play and our charter,theThespiansservedluncms to the students at noon.
