The season was a good one for the senior girls The players on this team were great athletes They played twelve matches won six and lost six placing them fourth in the North Division In the playoffs they opposed Bishop Grandin The senior girls used all their skills and abilities but could not quite beat Bishop Grandin's players They all played superbly and didn t deserve to lose Many people enjoyed watching their games which showed a lot of team spirit.

There were some close games but these guys did a terrWc job and in the end got the better of their opponents. Of course they advanced to the city finals and battled against Bishop Grandin for the championship. They were close games but the skills in them really showed up and they pulled it off CONGRA TULA TIONS JUNIOR BOYS - CITY CHAMPS!!! 71

wwf 25 t SENIOR BO YS Sr. Boys Volleyball: Duncan White, Steve Ritchey, Stephen Paczalla, Dion Schultz, Doran Midyette, Rod Mc- Nich, Eric Lim, Peter Goldsmith, Mr. Webster. The senior boys were fourth in the North Division at the end of the season. These greatly skilled men only played nine league games in the season. Of these they won four and lostfve. They had a very competitive league and all the games were very close. They competed against St. Mary 's in the play-offs, but St. Mary 's were at their best. S. W. C. played extremely well this season. The senior boys were very exciting to watch.
