FALL ELECTION AND SURVEY COMMITTEE: Organizing and supervising all student body elections is the task ot the Election and Survey Committee. Its mem- bers check all candidates for class and student body offices to see that they meet the re- quirements, assure correctly printed ballots, sit in the cor- ridors at lunchtime to hand out and collect ballots and, finally, tally student votes. The need for good rela- tions between the school and its neighbors is satisfied through the work ot the Public Relations Committee. The committee Worked to alleviate the problems ot student trash on private property, excessive noise by Drake's drivers and var- ious complaints voiced by neighbors and police, thus maintaining Drake's good standing in the community.
