Headed by the student body treasurer, the committee is composed of class and club treasurers and interested stu- dent body members. lts work concerning student body funds is supervised by both the Representative Assembly and the school administration. The Activities Council con- sists of representatives of all clubs and committees on campus, class vice-presidents and the student body secre- tary, with the student body vice-president presiding. A set of by-laws clarifying conditions of membership, a schedule of club and commit- tee meetings to avoid conflict- ing meeting days and a master plan for all student body activi- ties during Spirit Week were maintained by the Council to keep Drake's extracurricular calendar planned and efficient. FALL ELECTION AND SURVEY COMMITTEE: Organizing and supervising all student body elections is the task ot the Election and Survey Committee. Its mem- bers check all candidates for class and student body offices to see that they meet the re- quirements, assure correctly printed ballots, sit in the cor- ridors at lunchtime to hand out and collect ballots and, finally, tally student votes.
