Hampered by lack of height, the B's lost several games by very small mar- gins to the much taller city teams. In league play, the team improved itself considera- bly but again often lost by one or two points. Verle Sorgen Coach FROSH BASKETBALL Drake's treshman basketball team, under the direction oi Coach Verle Sorgen, fielded one of the smallest teams in frosh history. This tact Worked to their disadvantage throughout the season, and the trosh team lost many of its games by small margins. Although not compiling an outstanding season record, the trosh showed desire, speed and ability which promises to aid the B and l.V. teams of the future.
