The Halloween Party was sponsored by the Quapaw Tribe and their brother tribe, the Winnebagos. They also enjoyed a bowling party together. Erva Robinson presided over the Quapaws this year serving as President. Assisting her were: Dorothy Steadman, Vice-President, Reye Jean Woodrick, Secretary-Treasurer, and Beverly Burkhart, Athletic Director. Miss Million served as adviser. Winnebagos Sponsor Halloween Party 132 Lee Holst presided over the Winnebago Tribe this year with William Klippen- stein serving as Vice-President, Mar- vin Clague as Secretary-Treasurer, and Glenn Harless as Athletic Director. Dr. Tingley served as adviser for the tribe. The Halloween Party and Bowling Party were sponsored by the Winnebagos and their sister tribe, the Quapaws. President Lee Holst was the tribe's candidate for King of Hearts. We Expect a Victory was the theme of the Winnebago -Quapaw Tepee Days float.
