y 15 f TEM WANQE BA D T KES 3-DAY On October 14 the Sinton High School band left in two chartered busses for a 3 day trip to the state fair in Dallas. The trip in- cluded a lunch stop at Seguin and a stay at the Roosevelt Hotel in Waco, which th e band m ade as their headquarters. Wednesday, October 15 was spent in Dallas with aperformance at the Texas Music Educators Associ ation program in the Cotton Bowl. The mass band Cabout 30 or 40 high school bandsl was con- ducted by Paul Lavalle, Director of the Band of America. ,,,..--vq
