B e tty Snyder We turned our thoughts to our class activities. Our first plan was for a doggie roast held at Egelman's Park. We, also, had a dance, which was held on October 27, 1945, and which was called, Night Owl's Prowl. This year we, also, selected our class colors, which are green and whiteg our class motto, which is We Finish To Begin, and our class flower, which is the white rose. In September, we started plans for the 46 Imagof' This was the biggest job we had ever undertaken. We engaged Ricciardi, as our photographer. On February 14, we held a Valentine dance called the Cupid's Twirl . This helped the treasury. We all looked forward to our big and last dance which was a semi-formal held, for the first time, in our school in many years. We are about to close our Senior Year with Baccalaureate Services in the Re- formed Church on May 26. Class night, along with the class play, entitled Board- ing School , is to be on May 21. Finally, one of the most important days in our life, Commencement, is scheduled for May 28. As we turn our life to the outer world we shall never forget the happy days which we, the class of 1946, spent together at Sinking Spring High School. We finish to begin. I m a go I 9 4 6
