I, Ethel Dillard, do bequeath my ability to get my French by fair or foul means to Aubrey Courts. I, Rudolph Johnson, do bequeath my musical voice to George Lane. We, Margaret Wicks and George B. Johnson, do bequeath our favorite seats in the office to James Scott and Rosie Simmons. I, Lewis Taylor, do bequeath my drum sticks and the knowledge of how to use them to Thomas Carter, Jr. l, Ramona Maples, do bequeath my feminine poise to Maggie Baker. I, Mildred McLemore, bequeath my talent for being boisterous to Omega Hamlin. I, Ernestine Terry, bequeath my hair styling to Carrie Yancy. I, Robert Reed, bequeath my English books to our successors. I, Elizabeth Perkins, do bequeath my ability to play basketball to Bernice Peyton. I, Ruth Simms, bequeath my Re-Bops of glasses to Marie Brandom. I, Louise Wood, bequeath my gorgeous suits to Evelyn Barrett. I, Emma Wright, leave to Marlene Diggs my favorite tube of lipstick. I, James Ethridge, leave my position as captain of the football team to Bob Kurtz. I, Veatrice Goard, do leave sincere best wishes to the entire student body. We, Danille Bowels and Margaret Jackson, bequeath our quietness to Edith Randolph and Eunice Ware. To the Chemistry class and it's instructor Florence Davenport bequeath her chemistry book. I, Odessa Handley, do bequeath my ability to be noticed to Doris Vaughan. I, Cleo Bonner, do bequeath my model height to Cleo Day. I, Levi Burs, do bequeath my excess weight to Robert Taylor. I, Virginia Barrett, bequeath my New Look figure to Beatrice Conner. l, Thelma Jefferson, bequeath my ability to be well disciplined to Vir- ginia White. At The Bier it it Sir Dearly beloved, it was the deceased's dying wish that this last will and testament be produced and read at this time, and this place. We the class of l948, in sound mind and healthy physique, do make this our last will and testament. Each article here described is bequeathed severally to the below mentioned individuals according to the terms of this will and testament. We hereby declare all previous promises to pay, wills or testaments made by this class as null and void. We hereby appoint as sole administrator of this will, our principal, to administer this will and testament as he sees best: I, Anna Powell, do bequeath my unique ballroom dancing ability to Bertha White. l, Wanda Steed, do bequeath my ability to get along with the male population of this institution to Joan Winston. I, Thelma Banks, do bequeath the rest of my dancing lessons with William Williams to Ramona Vinson. I, Wright Blake, do bequeath my ability to get up at 8:44 and get to school at 8:45 to Carolyn Carter. I, Arelia Abercrombie, do bequeath my ability to understand Mr. Rob- inson's questions to Jo Delores Holmes. I, Lloyd Davis, leave my ability to play a piano to Homer Jackson.
