GIRL Qu, make up this little world of Simmons, a world that grows more cos- mopolitan each year. 1,455 sets of ideas and ideals from every section of the United Statesfand the World. And what is the result of this blending of ideas? ln our not too quiet way, we look at affairs and the world realis- tically. We have been called career-minded. We need to be. At Sim- mons, if you aren't interested in your future, your present is liable to drastic change. Our mental make-up is as modern as our new facade. We like to laugh-it's good for us. We like to dance and do it well. Our taste in music varies from Lehar to Lunceford to Lully and back again. Our taste in sports is Wide, but, except for the Bouve girls, we talk a better game than We play. Boston if our campus. The organ grinder on Huntington Avenue, the pigeons in the public gardens, Symphony, the Blue Ship, and all the landmarks of the Hub are familiar sights to any Simmons girl.
