Youth experience frustrations A skipping lunch to do a history assignment, typing ahve-minute time- writing that has one mistake, hiding your class pictures that turned out uncomplimentary, deciding between two meetings at 3:30, losing that conference game. But balancing frustra tions are thejoys e the satisfaction ofreceiving an MA the contentment ofhaving friends around you, Christmas vacation, the in- between breather. Sounds ofyouth are loude the cries ofjoy when our teanz wins in overtime, kids swarming into the halls to make their next Class, music ofa new generation, honking horns, the shouts at a pep fest, laughing voices. Sounds ofyouth are quiete an early morning exam, the hours spent over one math problem, the erew members behind stage during a play, studying late into the night for that history test, seeing the snowflakesjalling gently on an empty school bus 5
