OLICH! Broken boards cause Two assemblies, one on a method of self-defense and the other on lndia, were given for the benefit of those attending the programs. RANDY NADLER was responsible for giving a view of India. NADLER planned trips to various schools in advance which provided the neces- sary funds for the trip. He and others then traveled to the countries they had booked. While there they took pictures and learned several things about that country. NADLER showed slides ranging from the Taj Mahal to an lndian yogi demonstrating several yoga postitions. Customs of Hindu- ism were shown to the student body. This included some of the religious practices of the people, a Hindu wed- slight injuries ding, and religious beliefs about the Ganges. A man charming a cobra was also shown. Napal was also vis- ited on the trip. Pictures of the Himi- laya Mountains and children attend- ing school were shown of Napal. Sun Yi's Academy of Tae Kwon Do gave the second demonstration for the school. An instructor from the academy and a group of students showed some of the basic moves used during lessons. A demonstra- tion of some contact was also given and boards were broken for the at- tending students and faculty.
