The patriotic theme of Silver Creek - Part of the American Scene was chosen because of the school's involvement in the presidential election, the importance of Americanism today, and the fact that red, white and blue is so widely advertised in all aspects of the Dragons' world . . . Red, White, and Blue Day was held on Wednesday, October II.
