After e. few weeks of school we became acquainted with everyone and were initiated by the husky Sophomores. We recovered from thin with only 3 few oeauelitiee end after the initio- tion, we felt like fullefledged members of Silver Creek High. The sponsor. selected for our Freshman year were liu Fannie Stout and Mr. Barry Regan. Our class officers were Bob Weber, President; Kenneth Dreyer, Viee-Preeident; 1nd Shirley Walker, Secretary and Treasurer. Our else: eterted this first year to make money for the Junier-Senior prm by eelling $150 worth of mgasinee. Within the year three new etudente-Genevn McDaniel, Eula Veught, and Edith Snow-eune into our eleee. 0n the other bend, Dolores loQuury and Eula. Veught withdrew be- fore we finished our firet year in high Ichool. There were vary few activities in our second yeer at Silver Creek High end for thin reason the year woe rether dull. The only happening thnt wue important in our Sophomore year was when we entertained the Freshmen with e. contained party tnd dmee. Our sponsors were Ire. Miller end Ir. Regen.
