President of Student Body, Bobby Battle Master of Ceremonies, Clifton Carraway ' jc: -s-- ' ' 1955 HOMECOMING Bobby Battle opened the Homecoming assembly with the welcome address. The response was given by C. F. Pud Walker of the Class of 1940. Howard Minter, graduate of 1953, gave the invocation. Clifton Carraway then took his place as Master of Ceremonies. Among the honored guests were Mr. R. R. Brim, Sr. and Mr. Raimer who represented the earliest classes. Also Mr. Curtis Ruggles of California was recognized as having traveled the longest distance. Entertainment consisted of vocals by Mrs. Elise Tennyson accompanied by Mrs. Pat Skinner. Mrs. Mingon Winger entertained the assembly at the harp and Mrs. Juanita Stover at the piano.
