STUDENT COUNCIL The purposes of the Student Council as designated in their charter are to act in the capacity of a public relations group; to pro- mote a better school spirit; to aid in the for- mation of better teacher-pupil relationship; to help any pupil with his, or her, individual school problems whenever possible; and to co- operate in general in any worthwhile endeavor ■ of the school in which the commission could be of any assistance .
