% yr-- d CHEERLEADERS HELP KEEP TIGER SPIRIT ALIVE BY GOOD SUPPORT Truly loyal Tigers, the cheerleaders were present at all the ball games. The spirit of the student body was encouraged by their never-ending support. New yells and new motions to old yells were learned by the cheerleaders under the coaching of Miss Jo Anne Sarver, Sponsor. Practice sessions were only a part of the busy schedule for the cheerleaders. Parades, bon fires, and assembly programs were included in their activities. Wrapping goal posts and many other things made up the successful year of the Tiger cheerleaders. JUNIOR CHEERLEADERS -- Eddie Hicks and Joyce Gould. SOPHOMORE CHEERLEADERS -- Cherrie Jo Ennis and Lillian Whitman. CHEERLEADER MASCOT -- Gwen Weems.
