CLASS HISTORY In the fall of 1955, we, the future Seniors of 1959, started our high school days by keeping the unfamiliar schedule of our six periods. The thirty freshmen of our class chose as officers: President, Shelby Campbell; Vice-President, Lois Johnson; teacher, and Mr. Pike and Secretary, Betty Perry-»Mr-,Craft.was,our-home-roo was our orice ioaleg ON ee aoe After our sree months vacation, we came back to s ol as sophomores, choosing the same officers that we had had our freshman year. lost Ed Culberson, Helen Rogers, Larry and Jimmy Fuquay, but we gained Diane ne ea leaving twenty- | t helping with the Tee magazines, which helped us out later. Vacation time was over again and here we were Juni ing the year we lost Diane Beasley, Martha Hudson, Sylvia Brewer, Hurlene rd, Phillipsnile Nell Teague, and Lois Johnson, leavingpmenty members in. lass. We elected our officers as foe. President, Larry Johnson; Vice-Pres Ruby Campbell; and Secretary, Betty Perry.
