This small, vine covered building served as fhe cify hall unfil if was forn down in I955 fo make way for a modern deparfmenf sfore. V A few monfhs earlier fhe cify offices were moved info fhe Bailey School Building while consfrucfion was progressing on a new civic cenfer on Painfer Avenue.
