4' G x Q, Vi- RSITY Sierra High School's swim team has done a phenomenal iob this year, considering the fact that they have no pool of their own. Led by Jay Frazier in freestyle, Ralph Hahn in butterfly, Mike Stewart in back stroke, and Mike Nero in breast stroke, the Spartan mer- men set four new school swimming records. Jay Frazier established the 50 yard free-style mark at 25.9, Mike Stewart accounted for the 1109.4 mark in the 100 yard back stroke and 150 yard individual medley record of 1:58.8. Mike Nero came up with a time of 2126.5 in the 200 yard free-style and Ralph Hahn set the 100 yard butterfly mark at 1:15.2. Bottom Row: Larry Studebaker, Ralph Hahn, Terry Thatcher, and Mike Nero. The busy Bees set six new school'marks. Jay Frazier, Mike Nero, Ralph Hahn, and Bob Booth combined their talents for a new 2:15 record for the medley relay, while Ralph Hahn set a new time for both Varsity and Bee in the 100 yard Butterfly, 11139. Jay Frazier clocked in at 1:11.5 for the 100 yard back stroke.
