The judicial branch is composed of the school board and super- intendent, who in their capacity ot' Supreme Court are given an oppor- tunity to niake the final check on all school activities. These justices are elected by the citizens of Sidney. Lower courts are not necessary under this plan. The executive council consists ol' President Weymouth, Vice President lteed, and nienlbers of the cabinet. The presiding officer is the vice president. Candidates for the Senate often are affiliated with the political parties. Members ofthe House of llepresentativcs are elected lmy each of the four districts in each of the four states. These congressmen elect one of their number to the office of Speaker. The tvvo political parties, lndepcndent and l.'1'og'1'cssive, each ai- tempt to elect enough candidates to control the Congress. 'l'l1m-y also hope to fill the offices of each state.
