N order to encourage participation in extra-curricular activities the council has established a point system through which individual Achievement Award Medals of Honor may be earned In addition to this, the High Command assists Divisions nine through twelve in drawing up social activities programs. The Student Council representatives, elected from Divisions seven through twelve, aid the enlistees of U.S.S.C.I. in developing their leadership and initiative, and in promoting a stronger school spirit. Barbara Henderson, Sharon Mason and Io Isbell are tying bundles of clothes collected in a recent clothing drive. These btmdles are to be sent to Europe, Korea and various parts of the United States, where they will be distributed to needy people. 20 ff

These qualities are: Scholarship an average of 85 must be maintained for 2, years. Leadership- the members must have the ability to lead others in good conduct and order Service each must give his service to the Army, his Division, and fellow soldiers.
