If you were given a helmet, shoulder pads, and a red and gold uniform, you'd probably feel like a Sibley football player. But, if you were given no uniform or equip- ment, and were expected to go out and do the same job as an equipped football player, how would you feel? Like Nell, tied to the railroad tracks by Snidely Whiplash? Or like a Sibley pow- derpuffer! Despite the lack of equipment, powderpuffers experienced feel- ings of frustration and happiness like their male counterparts. In the annual game, defense- person Mary Phillips made an un- usual touchdown which helped the Seniors win 21-0.
