Without the cooperation of Miss Lothrop, Miss Shea, Mrs. Hamel, and a very competent staff, we never would have put out such a good school paper. This year there are thirty-three club members. The French Club meets every other month. There is a short business meeting conducted by the president, followed by enter- tainment such as French films, games, puzzles, and music. This year, early in January, some members chartered a bus and saw the superb French film Symphonie Pastorale in Boston. An enjoyable time was had by all who attended. Letters and packages of food and clothing were sent to Eugene Bocher, a French boy whom the club adopted two years ago. -11
