Although the Shreve Trojans were not league champions. they took the Wayne County Class 3 tournament. The Trojans put forth all their energy and de- feated all their opponents in very close games. The team and all the cheering section was very proud of the beautiful trophy which the team won. How- ever in spite of a battling Trojan team We lost to Rittman in the first game in sectional play. Tournament scores are: Team We They Doylestown 45 42 Chester 55 37 Sterling 49 46 Rittman 43 52 I The Shreve Varsity Basket- ballers had a very successful season winning l3 games and losing only 2 games.
