EXE C U T I V OFFICER Lieutenant Commander Christopher B. DeWilde enlisted in the Navy in 1985 serving for one year as a Machinist Mate. He was selected into the NBOTC program and graduated from Oregon State University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nuclear Engineering. His first Division Officer tour was three years aboard USS TBUXTON QCGN 355 as the Beactor Electrical Division Officer. While attached to TBUXTON, the ship decommissioned in Bremerton, Washington. Subsequently he reported as the Electrical Officer to USS NlMlTZ QCVN 689 homeported in Bremerton, Washington. l He then attended the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California and earned a Master of Science in Financial Management. After attending six months of Department Head School, he reported as the Operations Officer to USS PAUL F FOSTER fDD 9649 homeported in Everett, Washington. His second Department Head tour was as the Main Propulsion Assistant onboard USS ABRAHAM LINCOLN QCVN 723, also out of Everett, Washington. Following his Department Head tours, he was assigned as the only Surface Warfare Officer to the Nuclear Propulsion Examining Board in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. His personal awards include the Navy Commendation Medal Q4 awardsl and the Navy Achievement Medal. 5

CQ N ING o FICER QJULY 2006 TO PRESENTJ Commander Mark A. Johnson is a 1987 graduate of Miami University where he earned a BA in History. He was commissioned via ROTC in December of that year. ln his initial sea duty assignment from 1988 to 1991, Commander Johnson served as First Lieutenant and Navigator in USS THOMAS S GATES CCG 511, participating in both DESERT SHIELD and DESERT STORM. Subsequent assignments at sea included Operations Officer in USS RAMAGE QDDG 611 from 1996 to 1997, and Operations Officer in USS CETTYSBURG CCG 641 from 1997 to 1999, during which OETTYSBURG participated in Operation DESERT FOX. His most recent sea duty assignment was Executive Officer in USS HUE CITY QCG 665 from 2001 to 2008, deploying for Operation ENDURING FREEDOM. Ashore, Commander Johnson has served as Aide-de-Camp to the Deputy Commander-in-Chief, Iberian-Atlantic Area, a NATO command located in Lisbon, Portugal from 1991 to 1992, an exchange officer with the Brazilian Navy in 1994g a Strategic Planner on the OPNAV staff fN513l from 1999- 20003 a Program Analyst for the Director, Navy Ouadrennial Defense Review 20015 Special Assistant to the Chief Of Naval Operations from 2008 to 2005, and Executive Assistant to the Chief of Legislative Affairs from 2005 to 2006. Commander Johnson holds a MA in National Security Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School and he is d ' ' a gra uate of the Joint Forces Staff College. His personal decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal fthree awardsl, the Navy Commendation Medal tthree awardsj, and The Army Commendat' M ' ion edal as well as other personal and unit level awards and citations. 4

l CQMMA D MA TER CHIE QJUNE 2oo1 TO so MAY zoooi E4 Master Chief Terry Sawhill was born in North Hollywood, California and enlisted in the Navy's Delayed Entry T Program in February of 1976. He began Active Duty on 19 - August of that same year from the Los Angeles MEPS. His first assignment was to Recruit Training in San Diego D California, with follow on HM 'A' school also in San Diego. His shore duty stations have been, Naval Submarine Medical Center, Groton, Connecticut, Naval School of Health Sciences, San Diego, Naval Regional Medical Center, San Diego, Naval Hospital, Millington Tennessee, . Navy Recruiting District, Seattle, Washington and Commander, Naval Surface Group Pacific Northwest, in Everett Washington. His sea duty and overseas ' assignments have included USS KITTY HAWK QCV 635, USS FORD CFFG 545, Force RECCN and Medical Battalion, 3rd Force Service Support Group, Fleet Marine , Force Pacific, Okinawa, Japan and Combat Service , l Support Group ONE, Twenty-Nine Palms, California. NEC's achieved by Master Chief Sawhill are 9580, Command Master Chief, 8452, Advanced Radiologic Technologist and 8404, Fleet Marine Force Field Medical Service Technician. His civilian education includes an AS degree in Applied Medical Science. He is also a nationally registered technologist through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Master Chief Sawhill is authorized to wear the Meritorious Service Medal, two awards, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, six awards, the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, two awards, the Battle seven Good Conduct awards, Expert Pistol and Rifle shot medals and various other group and campaign awards. He wears the breast insignia of a Surface Warrior and also carries the i Fleet Marine Force warfare designator. Master Chief Sawhill is married and resides in Everett, Washington with his wife and two sons. 2 I 6
