Princess Heather Swanson Escort joe DeShaw luniors While all the other classes were taking the high road, the luniors somehow ended up on the low road to Spirit this year, thanks mostly to some outstanding spirit shown by the other classes, catching the Class of '89 by surprise. However, their Space Shuttle booth, UFO bleacher decorations, and Time Warp skit proved to be both fun and entertaining. Their booth was the tried and true Mausoleum setting, but much to the surprise of some of the older students, it was not made out of an old refrigerator box, as has been the tradition. The bleachers were done using their Baby Scotties theme, and the skit simulated the Dating Game format. Mr. Blackburn, the ad- viser, can be credited with doing a great job assisting the class, helping them to a third place overall in the class competition.
