Having to commute to Shoreline HS every day for practice was no picnic, but Kristy Aradine puts up the ball as Cor- ey Shultz and Amy Mclnlyne crash lor the rebound. helped to foster the team spirit that is so important for any team to succeed. judging by how many of the girls want to continue on in the sport, we think that spirit is alive and well in the Freshman program. The l.V.'s this year over- powered throughout the season. Many of the players also played on the Varsity team, which guaranteed a lot of playing time for all. Coach jennifer Eklund commented Tracy Carroll shoots for two. that all of the girls worked hard, and showed steady im- provement throughout the year, promising some good support for next year's Varsity squad.
