As with any l.V. program, the measure of future varsity squads rests on the talent and ability each player to improve rapidly at this level. 0 High Pit h As with the 1.V. team, the Varsity nine enjoyed a new coach this year, Mr. Leach. Showing lots of spirit and talent, the young women played hard in an uphill season. Led by senior Stacie Varney, who quipped, Michelle Marklund in another rite of spring, taking part in a pepper game to help loosen up.
