--it ----- i---- THE sruoc f--i-s-it----i-as The Freshmen of '25 VVe, the Freshmen of ,ZS have lived through our first year of high school, except a few who found our daily program of Algebra, lfnglish and Science too hard, so dropped from our school life entirely, VVhen we first entered high school, September 8, 1924, we were meek, shy and green, but we entered gaily into the social life of the school. VVe lived through initiation well enough to give the Sophomores a return party. Our class consists of l5 members, among whom we have three great gigglers, Alice Booth, ldella Vanderhoof and Eunice liedor. VVhere Ramona is found, Josephine is sure to be near. Clair Thorp sometimes' ,plays hookey with other mem- bers of the high school. lllildred Braatz and Carlyle Klanley are the demure members of our class. VVe have with us two brothers, Leo and Roy Puls, We would like to know where these boys go every night, because when morning comes they do not have their lessons. VVilliam liable comes from the land of sand. He has been studying in school how that sand got there. Phillip is the Freshmenls taxi driver. lVe also are very lucky to have one sheik among us, Lavern Peebles. Leona Sykes appears among the Freshman class as a merry and fun loving daughter of the rusty country-side. Our class tlapper, Edith Palmer, a tall slender miss, enjoys the privilege of winning all hearts with her sunny smile and friendly manner, VVe had three declaimers, Eunice Bedor, Alice Booth and Ramona Curtis, who will no doubt in the future represent our school in declamatory.
