The cloud of winter has blow11 over, and the bright golden sun of spring smiles upon us. The juniors smile to, for they think of the joyful summer vacation, which is near at hand. They have pllt in a year of hard work in school, and have proved by their unfailing efforts in their studies, that they need a vacation. During the school year the juniors have aided in supplying entertainment for the public. llarch the twentieth, the juniors gave the play, 5'Yimmie Yonsonls Yoh at the High School. It shook the four corners of the county, especially the towns of Bovina and Black Creek, it being given at the latter place llarch 27. The partici- pants showed wonderful talent. VVe owe the success of our play to a certain jolly, pleasant person, the lfnglish teacher, Bliss Kleredith, our coach and advisor. February 20, a dance was given by the Aluniors. This was a success in spite of the dillicult situ- ations which arose. It was at this time that we selected our motto, Hlfvery knock is a boostfl The junior promanade was given Hlay 8. The Orientals orchestra fur- nished music for the occasion. The room was decorated in the Senior class colors, having a rainbow effect in the trimming, these being the class colors. The school year was ended by a jolly good time at VVaverly Beach. Page Tfwnnty-tfwo
