The work taken up by the Society consisted of readings, recitations, songs, music recitals, dialogues, plays and other types of entertain- ment. The meetings during the hrst semester were not held regularly, hut in the second semester we decided to hold them every Thursday in order to accomplish just as much as possible. A new program committee was appointed hy the President every three weeks in order to give other students practice in acting in the various capacities. Page Twenty-nine

The programs consisted of: llarliamentary Law, debate, topics of today, and songs. The prime object of the society was to enable its members to hold public meetings in the proper Way. This was easy to accomplish as the society adviser had Robert's Rules ol' Order summarized and supplied each member with a copy. At the end of the first semester the society thought it a good policy to elect new ofhcers so the majority of the members could hold some olhee. Prfridmzf ....
