Their first meeting was called for the purpose of electing officers. The respective oflicers elected have filled their parts very well and have lived up to our expectations. Un Qctober 19, 1923, the Junior Dance was held at the High School Auditorium. lVlusic was furnished by the Rose Garden Entertainers from New London. Refreshments were served by the girls ofthe Junior Class. Shortly before Christmas the play f'Light House Nanf, a comedy- drama in three acts was well underway. The characters were well chosen and under the direction of Miss Beck the play was given before a large audience and met with ap- proval. The play was as full of pep as it was full of laughter. The date of presentation was March 21. As a class of enthusiasts, the Juniors have surely shown their colors, three of the members ofthe debating teams were Juniors. Alton and Edward helping to uphold the Negative While Mary helped to uphold the Aflirmative. Two of the Junior girls took up Declamatory work, Lucille and Madrian. Nladrian won first place in the school contest. As the Seniors of '25 we predict a class of a great many possibilities. At this writing the decorations for the Prom are well under way.
