Class Hlstory In September, 1950, our crew had f1n1shed our submanne and we were ready for our Journey wh1ch would take us four years to complete It seemed hard to wa1t unt1l we could graduate but as that long awa1ted occaslon drew near We felt rather sad to be leavlng good old Shlloh Hlgh As we submerged to the great depths of the Sh1loh Sea roll was called and the followlng were found on board w1th Mrs Ed1th Huston as Nav1gator and the follow1ng at the head Captaxn Jean Hamman Co Capta1n Rosemary Barnes Yeoman Kathleen M1ller F1rst Mate Carol Schulte Gunner Larry Rader Other members of the crew were Bonn1e Aller George M1ller Patr1c1a Blackford Ronald Moore Francms Bloom Eugene Patton Charles Clagg Dorothy Porter Joann Clutter J1m Rakestraw Bob Cole Lester Shepherd Ed Cole R1chard Stoops J1ll Elllott Raymond Tllton Mary Keesy Bonn1e Weaver Nad1ne Laser Llonel Wells Dur1ng the year we lost Ed Cole and Joann Clutter who were swallowed by a whale We were very happy to welcome Gayola Blankensh1p and B111 M1ller We had two class part1es and of course we were put on tr1al by the Semors to see 1f we were worthy of be1ng Freshmen Rosemary Barnes was our attendant at the homecom1ng basketball game We held a bake sale sponsored a show at the Plymouth theater, and won f1rst pr1ze for a float 1n the Sh1loh Halloween Parade When May came, We thought we 'd better come up for a1r, so we took a three months' vacat1on In September we submerged aga1n and found M1ss June Campbell as Navlgator and we chose the follow1ng to d1rect us Captaln George M1ller Co Capta1n Llonel Wells Yeoman . . ....
