At the beglnnmg of the year we welcomed one of our old crew members Gladys Roberts from T1ro We gamed two new crew members Pearl Wheatcraft from Shelby and Howard Norrell from Martms Ferry ln November we presented two one act plays for assembly Turkey Red and Nobody Home A pot luck supper was held at the home of Anna Mae Hamman Later 1n the year a skatmg party was held 1n Mansf1eld A Chr1stmas Party was held at the home of Mary Seaman where a g1ft exchange was a feature of the evenlng In the sprmg we lost two of our crew members Dw1ght Lykms and Pearl Wheatcraft A Hobo Party was held at the home of Mar1lyn Baxrd 1n the sprmg We then chose to take leave for three months In the followmg September we gathered together agam and chose Mrs Kmg as conductor P1lot Co P1lot Radloman Gunner Other members of the crew were Mary Seaman Iona M1l11on Mar1lyn Ba1rd Dorothy Shaw Gerald Alfrey Della Laser Marlene Russell Anna Mae Hamman Delorls Cantrell Robert Clark Charles jacobs Howard Worrell Dav1d W1tch1e Charles Wallace Gladys Roberts Kelth Bloom Dorothy Dent Our jumor year proved to be very 6XC1t1Hg and busy We operated a candy stand each day dur1ng the noon hour and at all the home basketball games We made cons1derab1e proflt from them whlch went to help for the expenses of the junlor Semor Banquet and the Semor Class 'I'r1p At the begmnmg of the year we sold magazmes wh1ch helped to 1ncrease our funds cons1derably also We had the pr1v1lege of sponsormg the Crawford Brothers One of the mam events of the year was our play BOYS ABOUT BOBBETTE under the d1rect1on of Mrs Huston whmch was a huge success After the play a dehghtful party was held at the home of Della Laser 8 7 I 1 - ' , . - -ll il I sn uv . . . . . . 1 . . . ..... .. .. -.... - out an :lagoon ........ .... ......... .. ..- . .- . - I . . . . . 1 . .
