That Board which is always working with the higher welfare of the schools constantly in mind, and which extends to its executive officer the confidence and intelligent sympathy which brings out the best in him, is rendering a distinct public service. Seymour is fortunate in having such a Board of Education and its worth is reflected in the quality of the school system under its control. N. J. LASHER Superintendent N. J.
