DIRECTOR’S COMMENTS “What pleased me most was that the cast had fun presenting the show and that the audience could tell that they were enjoying themselves. Hopefully lost in the final success were the sweat and tears that went into the practices. Li’l Abner The Spring Musical “Li’l Abner” was a great success and will definitely go down in history. As they say, “The show must go on;” and it did go on even though during the second perfor- mance, the power went out because of a thun- derstorm. The cast sang and danced with flashlight as their spotlight and stole the hearts of their audi- ence.
