BRONCHO LIFE The Broncho Crest represents the three parts of the school environment: the acquisition of knowledge, the cultivation of social skills and the develop- ment of physical fitness. The acquisition of knowledge is gained through the efforts, dedication and teaching skills of the faculty. Social skills are cultivated through the student interactions with one another. Physical fitness is developed through the PE. program and through the participation in sports. Through the active pursuit of these ideals the Broncho Student will stand tall, saddle his own horse and blaze his own trail. The Broncho is the symbol of the spirit which surrounds school activities. May the spirit of the Broncho always be with you. 3

I feel a tinge of excitement, my heart does a flip-flop, and my stomach turns upside down. Mr. Weller, the assistant principal, is talking to his boss, Mr. Lukowski. I walk to the gym, get my schedule, and start my first day at Benjamin Sherman Middle School.
