Miss Lbuise Unian Scuiar Spwzsor Miss Louise Linton, Senior sponsor, spends many hours in the preparation and planning of class ac- tivities. In our Sophomore and junior years she helped in counseling and social activities. Her biggest job was planning for the Seniors. She su- pervised in the ordering of class rings and invita- tions and helped plan our graduation. Our gratitude goes out to Miss Linton for helping us these three years. We are deeply grateful, and We will remember her in years to come, A long awaited dream came true for us this year when we became the Senior Class of 1961. The fruitsxof our many labors during the past years were realized, it was time for us to accept the responsibilities and joys of being Seniors. We were the loudest yellers in pep rallies, the hardest workers on school projects, and the biggest backers of our school. We set a standard which will be respected by classes in years to come. This year has been filled with much happiness for usg the thrill of using the Senior door and the joy of getting our Senior rings are just a few of the many wonderful things that have made this year one we shall always remember. The fulfillment of our works could have not been experienced without the help of our principal, faculty, and class sponsor. To these, go our thanks and gratitude. Although the end of an era in our time has come, we are looking forward to new horizons and challenges to be met. Wherever our separate paths may lead us, whatever cherished memories remain strongest in our hearts, we shall always be one class in spirit. Now the end of our journey is in sight. The Senior Class of 1961 bids farewell to Sher- man High School. The Senior Class
