After college, hc taught English and coached at Albany High School and became principal. Ho taught lflnglish fir Sherman High School for six years and became princiiml in 1937. He became superintendent in 1953. Mr. Davis has been associated with many teaching organizations. He was president of the Grayson County Unit of Texas State Teachers Association three times and President of District V Teachers Association. His favor- ite hobbies are playing golf, reading, and attending sports events. He is one of Sherman I-Iigh's most loyal fans in everything they do, lWIrs. YV. R.
