B yron Davis Tllli IIISTORY Ol Tlllfl SENIOR CLASS We, the Senior Class of 1935, are very proud of the record we have made during the four years we have attended Sherman High School. We have achieved many things, some of which senior classes in the future may improve upon. However, we feel that We have done our best for our class and for our school. We hope that we have been a help and a guide for the Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior Classes. If we have set a good example for them, we shall feel that we have accomplished much. Throughout our high school career, we have been outstanding in many activities. In our Senior year especially have we been participants in practically all organizations of the school. Preference for Seniors as officers of the various clubs has prevailed this year. Members of the Senior Class have been prominent in all sports, basketball, football, track, and tennis, in both the Choral and Glee Clubs, in the Future Farm- ers of America, in Hi-Y, as well as the various other clubs of Sherman High School. The Seniors of 1935 feel as though they have performed well the tasks which have been set before them. If they have made mistakes, may the other classes profit by their errors, thus benefiting themselves. Pleasant have been the days we have spent at Sherman High School. There have been very pleasant relationships between students and teachers. We shall retain many of these happy memories and recall them in the years to come as We take our places in the world. We only hope that the long-coveted regime of the Senior Class of 1935 has been as happy for the other students and all the teachers of Sherman High School as it has been to us. To Sherman High and the Class of '35! -Helen Orr, '35,
