Y OU CAN COUNT ON US Dear Cousin, It’s too bad you had to move away from Sheridan because you’re going to miss out on a lot this year. Believe me. “YOG CAN COUNT ON OS” to make this a great year. I like my classes this year. I’m taking government, advanced chem- istry, adv. comp., calculus, and com- puter. Sounds like I’m an ACA- DEMIC whiz, huh? As you well know a STUDENT’S LIFE is much more than going to class. I also work at the Dairy Queen about everynight. I’ve joined two new ORGANIZATIONS this year: SADD and the Drama Club. Hey, can you believe my little brother is in JR HIGH now? Remem- ber when we were in seventh grade and our basketball team had a 9-0 season? Well, the SPORTS program is as strong as ever with many championships. Well, if you ever get bored give me a call. “YOU CAN COUNT ON US” for a great time. Thisleth- waite, Hamilton Emmons; drugs, P.B. Stout, David Foight; clocks. P.G. Pearson; physicians. Dr. H.E. Davenport, Dr. J.W. Fancher, Dr. H. Mooreh; shoemaker, J.Y. Green: milliners, Mrs. W. Clemans, Mrs. M. Emmons: undertakers, Mace Sackman; saddle and harness mak- er, Julius Pearson: wagon-makers, blacksmiths and painters, Wains- cott, Mann Cropper. The present downtown area.
