Frannie Woodcock supports the team by cheering during the homecoming game. Seniors Benny Biddle and Timo Saarto are two of our finest cross country runners. RIGHT 1 The school constructed in 1846 on E. 6th (where the Sheridan Community now stands.) 2 First Ward erected in 1895. 3 In 1912. an addition was made to the First Ward for the high school. The building was de- stroyed by fire in 1928. Photos courtesy of Joe Roberts After the fire, school was held in downtown businesses until a new school was built. This building is now the present elementary school. 5
