Due to circumstances beyond our control, the time has come to Rap up the year of “'72 ! Just how to go about this is not a simple matter. To try to embody the spirit of a school in a book composed of pictures and type, is it possible? No one can really every wholly preserve the year of ’72 . But all we can hope to do is put together in a semblance of order. Some of the events that took place and some of the silly, crazy people you call your friends. So that 15 or 20 years from now and you get out your '72 Sy llabus and just leaf through the pages looking at what I'm sure would never win a Pulitzer Prize but to graduate a student of MAHS it means more than that. It is reliving your teenage years with all of your teenage friends, enemies and problems who have over the years moved farther away and although it doesn't show every little facet of school life maybe it does show just enough to refresh the memory as you supply the mental pictures and dialogue of the year of “'72 .
