'ALL IESTA Fall Fiesta was the theme of the 1986 Homecoming. The evening began with a pre-game performance by the SHS Marching Band. The queen and court were escorted onto the field and presented flowers by senior football players: Scott Bailey, Jeff Canaday, Steve Carpenter, Mark Collins, Eric Forgrave, David Grant, Matt Hupp, Andy Patterson, Cheyenne Wells, and junior John Russell. Queen Molly Miller was crowned by Kevin Krumlauf after which she delivered her speech. Ladies of the court were ushered to their seats by seniors: Kyle Danison, Jason Hinkle, Jon Landerman, Brian Smart, and Kurt Wright. Spirited by a 20-6 victory over Philo, students proceeded to the gymnasium for the dance.
