Over the past 4 years beginning in 1982, new win- dows were installed throughout the high school structure. Mr. Rinehart became the fourth principal of the high school in its 25th year of existence. Mr. Severance com- pleted his 24th year in the Northern Local School District, retiring as its fourth local superintendent.
